Hey There!
Hello! I'm Mar. A digital artist, entry-level web developer and animation student at Toulouse Lautrec (Art university in Lima-Peru).
Currently working on an animated short film as my final project for the 2D animation-10 months course I'm enrolled in.
Aside art, I enjoy spending my time playing the ukulele (usually trying to learn my favourite songs for making covers of them for myself), designing web pages for my projects (Recently, I have delved into the programming aspect, primarily focusing on JavaScript), playing Tennis (I like practicing tennis and playing it with my friends when I can as a way of freeing my mind), and learning new languages (Right now I'm learning Indonesian! but also perfecting my English).

What's your real name?
- My full name is Mariana, but I prefer going by Mar! That btw means "Sea" in Spanish.
But in medias I also go by Blue/AlaskaBlue.
How can you study animation and go to school at the same time?
- I'm homeschooled, and since I usually complete all my monthly assignments earlier I get extra free time that is consumed on my art projects.
What programs you manage for illustrating, animating & editing?
- Toon Boom Harmony, After Effects, Procreate, Clip Studio paint, Adobe animate, Firealpaca, Procreate Dreams, Toonsquid, Apple Motion, Davinci Resolve and LumaFusion. (But the ones I mostly use are Toon boom, AE and Procreate).
Tools?
- I use a Cintiq 16 (Wacom) + MacBook Pro and iPad Air 5 + sec gen Apple Pencil.
How many languages you speak?
- I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and have a basic level in Indonesian. (Spanish being my
native language)
